Fees and Pricing

All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax and delivery fees, which will be calculated and added at checkout. You are charged based on the prices listed on our website at the time of your order. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order. Order Completion and Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery. Once a delivery is completed, you are responsible for caring for the flowers according to the provided instructions to ensure longevity.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our policy. Orders can typically be canceled for a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you believe your order does not meet our quality standards, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence if possible, as outlined in our Freshness Guarantee.

The Bloom & Quill name, logo, unique bouquet designs, photographs, and all related service names and website content are our intellectual property.
